hmmmm...

I may actually be somewhat exhausted after my trip. Consider that I started making dinner, delayed myself long enough to start up the dishwasher, and only discovered then that I'd put both cookie sheets/heating trays (which I need for said dinner) into it.

Oh well, they'll be done in another few minutes. But that's pretty much the way my day has gone so far....

i have it and that exhaustion after doing pretty much anything is horrid. rest well.

I meant to reply to this and got distracted by shiny things (the story of my life!). Yes, I've had CFS for a while now, though compared to some it's a mild case. Stress makes it worse, not physical exertion per se, so pushing myself when I'm dragging doesn't make it any worse (as opposed to some whom can be floored by a walk around the block).

Mostly though, I've just got to plan around it -- I go away for a vacation weekend, I'm going to pay for it by dragging through the next week....
