WKRP Alert!

It appears that cable channel TVLand is having a mini-marathon of WKRP episodes tonight -- I suppose in response to Gordon Jump's recent death. It's been a while since this series appeared in reruns, so this would be an excellent time to refamiliarize yourself with it -- or if you never got a chance, see what the fuss is all about. It is one of those shows that seemed classic at the time it was broadcast, and has lived on to become a very accurate meter of its contemporary (1970s) time.....

Gordon Jump had some of the funniest lines on the show. Who could forget - "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly." or "I've got a monkey on my foot!"?
