Angel renewed!!!

There is evidently an announcement from Variety which doesn't print rumors or anything less than official news -- Angel has been renewed for next year. It will continue to be on Wednesday nights at 9, preceded by Smallville, which seems like a good healthy lead-in for it.

I haven't looked up which cast members are returning or anything like that. I suppose I may weaken eventually, because I'm curious which plotlines could develop depending on who is continuing, or possibly coming over from Buffy... but for right now, I'm just going to be happy that there will be something from Mutant Enemy running next fall.

I read the white font -- well. . . I skimmed the white font.

I'm so glad they renewed Angel and that they're putting Smallville before it. It should be a good match and makes it look like they're really behind Angel.
