Urgle. I decided on Sunday that I was going to try to spend a week without painkillers. I've read that it's a good idea to skip them for significant periods of time, to help you figure out what is really paining you, and make them more effective. But immediately, of course, I got a major headache. And today I've just ached through the day.

Probably shouldn't have decided to give up caffeine at the same time. Too late in the day to reverse that decision....

it might be a caffeine headache.... which means it might go away on its own. still, ow.
