LOST Alert!

Warning for the Boston-area viewers (what few are left) -- Lost will run after the late evening news on the ABC affiliate in our market, due to the Sox game.

It's a good thing that I have Veronica Mars to satisfy my viewing needs then -- and evidently, Lost will also be reshown sometime on the weekend, so my mild sports-related ire is muted.

And, anyway, I'll be on my way home from yoga when VM starts.

(Yep, I'm still going! Go me! I was just noticing that I'm bending to tie my shoes, et cetera, noticeably better. Now if I could just get to the point where I'm not risking collapse five long breaths into Downward-Facing Dog....)
