Still Alive
I had
tsuki_no_bara over tonight to watch Lost, and a fine time was had by the both of us. Hard to believe it will be months and months and months before the show continues, though.
And the encore sneak preview of Serenity is upon me. What with all the hubbub at work, and the traveling to see family, and the rotten weather, I've somehow forgotten that I'm getting together with altogether too many friends tomorrow night for a Very Special Movie Experience.
Which means staying up late yet another night...
But hey, since the weather could hardly be more rotten -- the Nor'easter is rattling my windows tonight, I mean seriously, to the point that I was kind of worried about poor Tsuki walking a whole block-and-a-half back to her apartment. A tree could come down on her or something.
Still... that Lost, huh? It had what the Buffistas call a high HSQ -- that's "Holy Shit Quotient" as in how many times you find yourself spontaneously saying that outloud.
(Plus, with the Magic of TiVo (TM), we could back up and watch, er, explosive moments very carefully indeed.)
I also fed Tsuki some Tasty Kakes that I brought back from NJ. They don't stay good very long, not having any preservatives, so my philosophy is that you might as well share them while you've got them.
I fear this post has no point. Perhaps I'd better go get in bed... it's going to be a long day tomorrow!
