Stillwater
Heuradys and Sister_wolf got me to the hotel just fine, and we all gasped in awe at the room they gave me, with a double jacuzzi (no shower though) and king bed, and gift basket of nummy little things. Then we went out in search of food and found a really cool restaurant to hang out. On the way back to the parking lot, we found there was a parade starting up -- it's "Lumberjack Days" here, so it seems like festivity is busting out all over....
I said good-bye to them like three times because the Foxmobile was only advancing about five feet at a time. Eventually they made it to the corner and finally they were able to take off!
I'm typing this on the hotel computer -- I have to see if I can get the wireless network to work from my room. Ah well, it's time for the WORK portion of this trip to start happening... oh yeah, THAT. My thanks again to H and Alex and Doll_revolution for some really excellent hospitality -- especially to H! More later on that, I have to tell you all about her s/l/u/t/ cat.... :-)
