I'm still glad to have known her. She had a great deal more bravery than I'll ever know, and certainly more determination -- which in her case may have been a bad thing. Certainly it didn't work out to be an unalloyed blessing.

Seriously? The movie brought me back to some old issues which I'm realizing are still festering, and then the reminder of kathlaw's suicide just kicked it into high gear.
