Back? Back!

Note the time stamp on this hyear entry. Suffice it for now to say that not only was my plane over two hours late leaving SF, it then waited on the tarmac for there to be a gate open, there were further waits for luggage and a long taxi queue to wait through (I put on three shirts and my jacket in the meantime) before finally arriving at the old homestead in Somerville.

On the bright side, the kitchen faucets that my roommate though were frozen up had unfrozen, and there was none of that nasty pipes bursting stuff.

Muppet has cautiously sniffed my hand. Chumley has regarded me from afar with great suspicion. Yum Yum has remained out of sight.

I'm supposed to go to work tomorrow. I'm not real sure that's going to happen....

Glad you got home safe, sweetie, but sorry the flight back was such a wretched nuisance.

Welcome home! Yeah, staying in and recovering on Monday sounds like an excellent idea, especially given the weather.
