Additional Lauper

Oh, I meant to add last night -- one of the musical highlights this season on Joan of Arcadia was a montage set over Cyndi Lauper's cover of "La Vie en Rose" which just broke my heart, both visually and thematically for events in the episode AND for the performance of that old standard.

Note to self: seek out new Lauper CD at earliest possible convenience. Now maybe I'll remember it the next time I go to Newbury Comics....
